WHAT IS KIMCHEE?
Kimchee is a traditional Korean side dish that is salted and fermented. There are many different types of kimchee depending on the vegetable of the main ingredient. It mostly consists of chili powder, onion, garlic, ginger, salted shrimp, and fish sauce. It can be eaten with many dishes to enhance its flavors.
